After 500,000 tickets/invitations processed at multiple events since its inception in 2013, Uruguayan event management company AccesoFácil finalized its internationalization this month by opening its offices in Paraguay.

The founding partners, Álvaro Pérez and Juan Pablo Conde, thus fulfill one of the main objectives set when they created the company: to take the solution beyond borders. The landing in Paraguay is done through the franchisor Santiago Fedele (Uruguayan based in that country).

Four events have already been agreed for the rest of the year, among which stand out those of the companies GAP, Sika and Farmanuario, with more than 300 people each, said Perez, who said he was confident in boosting its international growth hand in hand with its portfolio of local customers. "The presence of several Uruguayan companies in Paraguay opened doors for us to establish contacts. We hope that by 2016 the company will hold more than 100 events in Paraguay," the businessman predicted.

But Paraguay is only the first point on the regional map. "If the experience is positive, the goal is to multiply the business in other countries. We want to replicate the model in countries in the region where we already have interest from companies that want to exploit the brand. We expect to have at least three more franchises in 2016. Where we have more advanced negotiations is in Colombia, but they even wrote to us from Hong Kong," Perez revealed.

The versatility of the tool allows them to work with both event organizers and companies and institutions that manage them from marketing or related departments. "Our solution allows the complete management and monitoring of the participants of an event online. It involves communicating with them through e-mails, making the payment, obtaining confirmation reports, sending surveys and even assigning tables, among other functionalities," said the partner.

With the internationalization and the new product to be launched in February (see box), the firm expects to grow 40% in 2016, Perez said.

AccesoFácil, which was born as a venture promoted by the National Agency for Research and Innovation (ANII), currently advises and manages social events, conferences, courses and exhibitions, but its strength is in those of business profile. He has participated in events involving from 50 to more than 25,000 attendees. Her clients include Banco República, Itaú Moweek, Scotiabank, Uruguay XXI, IAB, Montes del Plata, Expoactiva Nacional, Iris Awards, Ministry of Foreign Affairs, ADP, Endeavor and World Cup Trophy Tour By Coca Cola.

According to Perez, the tool allows the management process of an event to be faster, and reduces by 50% the hours/costs of management compared to traditional means (paper and paper). "But above all, the advantage lies in generating information and using it, both before, during and after the event," because it can be reused in future actions of the company, he said.

In February they will launch another version for smaller events.

The AccesoFácil tool is offered as a full service for events of more than 250 people, but the experience gained over the years made the firm develop a self-manageable version, said Alvaro Perez, founding partner of the firm. "In February we will launch a self-managed version for organizations and individuals who organize small events and it is not profitable for them to hire the full service of AccesoFácil (advice, staff and hardware). It will be offered on demand, either per event or with annual contracts, depending on the needs and possibilities of each client, he explained.
