Regulatory framework

Esta área es integrada por Directivos de Cuti, siendo su Presidente el referente principal. Se encuentra en actividad permanente en el relacionamiento directo con el gobierno, para proponer acciones que atiendan las necesidades e intereses de la industria nacional de TIC y promuevan su desarrollo.

It participates in regulatory discussions of direct or indirect impact on companies in the sector, presenting the reality and dynamics of the industry, its problems, the obstacles to its development, seeking to defend the interests of the sector so that the national ICT industry finds in Uruguay a business climate that allows its development. An example of this is Cuti's participation in the collective bargaining instances in the Wages Council, the integration of dialogue tables with the Government, its participation in CONICYT, the dialogue for the reform of the sector's promotion regime (IRAE), promotion of the Telework Law (MTSS), among others.
