Wednesday, July 26th: Recruitment 2.0
The role of technology in the processes of job search and recruitment of candidates is increasing and has changed the behavior of new generations in relation to the world of work. The workshop aims to analyze this situation and find tools that allow participants to improve their recruitment, selection and retention processes.

Wednesday, September 27: Difficult conversations
When we engage in a difficult conversation there is likely to be difficulty managing emotions, confusing our opinion with the truth, blaming others for something that went wrong, defending ourselves in the face of negative feedback. If the person we are talking to has the same problem, the challenge becomes more important because in such a context it is quite likely that the working relationship will suffer and the problems will not be solved.

Is there a certain way of doing things in IT companies? Is it possible to talk about an organizational culture in IT? What culture do technology companies need to achieve their purpose? The workshop invites participants to reflect on the culture of their companies, its specific characteristics and the processes by which it is transmitted and communicated to their collaborators and clients.
