Since the health emergency began, the use of information and communication technologies has increased, mainly due to the reduction of movements and the care taken to maintain certain distances.

About this transformation in En Perspectiva's space we have consulted several companies in the ICT sector, that is: those who develop these technologies and sell them to other companies.

Today we are going to explore the other side of the counter: the dialogue will be with companies and institutions that use this technology to relate on a daily basis with their clients and/or their work teams.

How did they accommodate to the new scenario that came with the pandemic? And above all, what impact did technology have on the user and customer experience?

To talk about all this, we were joined today by: Elisa Facio, computer engineer, president of the Administrative Council of ANDA; Mariana Grunfeld, computer engineer, manager of technological infrastructure and operations at the BPS. She has been with BPS for 28 years; Agustín Castelli. Analyst Programmer. Systems Manager at Grupo Disco; and Franco Cinquegrana, Bachelor in Economics, Master in Business Administration, Director of Business Development and Head of Client Solutions at BBVA.
