A new cycle of People Care workshops begins in July

22/06/21

We invite you to participate in this new edition of the People Care Cycle in webinar format, an initiative of the People Talent Commission for better people management in IT companies.
Reading time: 3 minutes

In this opportunity, the People Care workshops are oriented towards the active participation of the participants and therefore registrations will close one week before each workshop. In addition, some workshops will require the prior completion of a survey form that will serve as input for the workshop dynamics.

The workshops will be recorded and shared only with those who actually attended the workshop.

The activities are free of charge and will be developed through the Zoom platform. Once you register, you will access the link where the different webinars will take place.

We will work in focus group mode, with group participation and sharing of results based on the following dimensions:

What new developments and advances are there in legal matters on the subject?

In this workshop we propose a Case Laboratory to think about and establish alternatives that will allow us to better adjust to this virtuality in the sector.

Let's take a closer look at the new ways of working that companies themselves have applied in their experiences of team management, performance evaluation, recruitment, induction, etc. What new ways of working have they applied in your company? Share your company's experience with us to analyse it in the Thinking-Lab. Send us your case to the email: peopletalent@cuti.org.uy

Speakers: Ana Miguel and Jimena Rocca - IT Searches

18 November - 9:30 to 11:00 am - The induction of Jr profiles in IT, in the experience of Arbusta, Bantotal, Endava, Globant, Pyxis and TCS.

Do you have all the talent you need in your company?
Would you add juniors to your company?
What do you think you would need when developing an induction programme?
Do you think that integrating Jr. can have an impact on your company's culture and results?
Do you think that Jr.'s only emerge from formal education?

If you have asked yourself any of these questions, we look forward to seeing you at the workshop, which aims to create a space for conversation and exchange where participants can get closer to the experiences of these companies, beyond the size or specific characteristics of their companies.

Participating companies: Arbusta, Bantotal, Endava, Globant, Pyxis, and TCS.
