We do not use pre-established programs, but rather they are created according to the needs of the participant and are articulated with conceptual materials and experience.
How to lead work teams:
It is an individual and personalized approach that focuses on understanding the "natural" dynamics.
The course will promote self-knowledge and openness to be able to work on the leadership model to be achieved. This is achieved through interview spaces with an expert psychologist in business leadership and clinical psychology, with whom we will work specifically on the emotional reality and relational modality of the participant, to contribute with a tailor-made work program.
Duration: 3 sessions of 60 minutes each.

Compensation management:
It implies being able to analyze and understand the reality of the company's structure, in order to identify action points aimed at achieving higher levels of efficiency in wage competitiveness. The process can go from analyzing the existing structure and compensation, establishing points of improvement to work on at the level of salary equity; to establishing scores by positions, performing an exhaustive analysis of internal equity and then, its subsequent analysis of salary competitiveness.
Duration: 3 sessions of 60 minutes each.

Containment and support in times of crisis:
To generate spaces of listening and professional exchange, on these feelings and emotions, is essential to be able to contribute from the mental health, to the achievement of new emotional balance in times of adversity. Having a space for emotional accompaniment and support also allows the company to generate preventive and psychoprophylaxis actions associated with the emergence of diseases or harmful mental symptoms such as depression, anxiety crises (panic attacks) and even the development of phobic behaviors.
Duration: 3 sessions of 45 minutes each.
