The National Meat Institute (INAC) puts INTEGRADOC into production.

INAC chose INTEGRADOC's technology to automate its document-based processes.

There are currently internal processes and files derived from its actions, in which documentation is handled and exchanged even with external persons and entities.

The National Meat Institute aims to generate strategies that add value to the meat chain, one of the most important in the economy of Uruguay.

Achieving this requires relationships with different actors, both national and international: producers, meat packing plants, government, etc. All this entails a hard task of coordination embodied in internal and external processes.

In this context, INAC started the project to change the way it works internally, adopting INTEGRADOC technology to automate its procedures, reduce paper consumption and increase the efficiency of its operations.

In addition, INAC opted to incorporate the DoMUS solution of our business partner Arnaldo C. Castro to carry out a more efficient digitalization of its documents, aligned with the objective of reducing the amount of paper within the Institute to a minimum.

The project included migration from a legacy system, organizational change management to adopt the new paperless operation, as well as configuration in INTEGRADOC of INAC's particular processes.

Among the next stages is the possibility of remote participation (via Web) in those processes that so require, providing support to the field work carried out by INAC staff.
