Beyond the business to which they are dedicated, undoubtedly the importance of the IT area is increasingly relevant in any organization," says Sebastian Torterolo, Director of ADPUGH (Association of Uruguayan Professionals in Human Management.
Surely for those organizations dedicated to software development, IT talent is even more relevant, because it is the "production line" for the manufacture of their "products" and surely is the big part of their payroll; however, for all those companies that are not dedicated to the production of software as core business, it is equally important the incorporation, development and loyalty of their IT profiles, which are undoubtedly a key part of business processes, whatever the activity to which the organization is dedicated.
"That is why each IT area requires an EVP (employee value proposition) specially designed for its sector, which will undoubtedly be in tune with the general EVP of the organization, but may have particularities and specific nuances.
