The table of authorities was composed by Eduardo Pereyra, general director of INEFOP, and Leonardo Loureiro, president of Cuti.

Within the framework of the agreement signed on February 20, 2018 between Cuti and INEFOP, the b_IT Phase I Program is being developed, which is training the 2018 Generation in the 1st year of the b_IT Program: "Programming".

The new agreement gives continuity to the training of the scholarship holders of the 2018 Generation who graduated from the 1st year to study the 2nd year of the b_IT Program: "IT Analyst". It is also agreed to call for applications to a new Generation 2019 of 1000 scholarship holders and the implementation of the 1st year of training: "Programming" for this new generation.

The general objective is to contribute to the development of the training and labour supply in ICT, and to influence the aspirational change of workers from a proposal of training for employment in ICT that raises the levels of labour inclusion in the industry or in companies with intensive use of ICT.

Specifically, the training of up to 1,800 people is planned, of which 800 will correspond to "IT Analyst" 2nd year Generation b_IT 2018 and 1,000 to "Programming" 1st year Generation 2019.

In public speaking, Leonardo Loureiro pointed out that they are continuing a project started in 2018 that had very good results and consolidated a technical team that worked intensely to carry out the trainings.

Eduardo Pereyra, meanwhile, stressed the importance of this initiative for the Institute, which translates into a benefit for the sector and for society. In addition, he said that there are challenges that the country has ahead in this area.

Scholarship applications are open until April 19.
