The venture, led by a group of young Uruguayan professionals, is supported by ANII (National Agency for Research and Innovation), the CIE (Center for Innovation and Entrepreneurship of ORT) and CUTI (Uruguayan Chamber of Information Technology).
Companies such as PedidosYa, Globant, Advice and Movistar are already using the application to fill their vacancies, betting on agility and transparency in their selection processes.
Workifit aims to maximize the user experience, to facilitate the application process, offering three main benefits:
- Anonymity for candidates, who can be available in incognito mode to companies that wish to contact them. Even if they apply, they remain anonymous to promote a selection process that is not biased by gender, age or appearance.
- Personalized recommendations, based on an artificial intelligence algorithm that considers both the skills and interests of candidates, to offer them the opportunities that best match their expectations.
- Interactive application process through a chatbot, no need to have a CV or fill out tedious forms.
Candidates can receive invitations from companies or apply for job opportunities of interest to them by answering a few short multiple choice questions.
The application is now available on the App Store (iOS) and Google Play (Android).
