The VU Digital InnovationSummit was held between May 22nd and 24th. It was the first global event organized by VU Security, which brought together more than 54 C-level executives from more than 15 countries in Latin America and Canada.
Attendees gathered to reflect together on the future of digital transformation and cybersecurity as an enabler of a simpler and safer digital world. The event, led by VU CEO Sebastián Stranieri and Global Chief Sales Officer Néstor Serravalle, was well attended by executives from some of the most important financial institutions in the region, includingBanRed General Manager Pablo Narváez Vivar, Banco Solidario General Manager Fidel Durán Pitarque (Ecuador), Credibanco General Manager Gustavo Leaño (Colombia) and BGR General Manager José Paredes Durán, among others.
During the conference, there were speakers such as the co-founder of NXTP Labs Marta Cruz, the Vice Chairman of Naranja Miguel Ángel Peña,Harvinder Luthra, from IBT Consulting Associate Inc./Republic Bank,Federico Tandeter, from Accenture, Gabriel Di Lelle, General Manager, and Diego Bekerman, General Director and Chief Digital Transformation Officer of Microsoft Argentina. In addition, Argentine journalist and businessman Mario Pergolini provided his perspective on how technology is changing and will continue to change the behavior and media consumption by audiences.
"They were three days of exchange of ideas and reflection necessary to move forward together on the road to a secure digital transformation for businesses and accessible to users," said Sebastian Stranieri, CEO of VU.
