About 150 people participated representing more than 100 Fenicio stores active in Uruguay, including Divino, Multiahorro Hogar, Daniel Cassin, Samsung, CAT, Hush Puppies, Claro, Merrell and Uniform, among others.
The purpose of the event was to deepen in the main modules of the platform to make the most of its functionalities, as well as to announce the updates of the system, which will be incorporated to the new version of Fenicio - 2.7.0 - (highlighting the Call Center section, which will allow the recovery of abandoned carts).
In addition, the day served as an excuse for networking among those present and to publicize the proposal of our sponsors, logistics service providers: DAC and UES, which are integrated into the platform.
Our cycle of exclusive workshops for clients will continue next April 25, where we will discuss different topics related to e-commerce, with a selection of speakers with vast experience in online sales channels.
