OrangeLoops SA launched its new product Kezmo, a collaboration and team management tool for companies that need to keep data and conversations secure. The platform brings together the best qualities of the collaboration tools of the last decades, integrating the ease of use and agility provided by messaging apps such as Whatsapp, or Facebook Messenger, while taking care of security and auditing aspects that are relevant to the corporate sector.

Among the productivity benefits it introduces is an intelligent chat, which provides the ability to structure exchanges of different types, such as tasks, notes, and links, without leaving the conversation. For example, by using a notation of the form > you can assign a task, or an incident to another member of a collaborative space, as part of a conversation. These artifacts are stored in separate containers making them easier to find, manage and track later.

Additionally, Kezmo provides mechanisms to navigate the shared information by means of a visual map of contents, which allows discriminating and prioritizing how the information generated within an organization is consumed.

The tool can be used from the cloud, or from an on premises installation controlled and secured by the company. The product has clients for Android and iOS mobile platforms, available on Google Play and iTunes Appstore respectively.

The model is offered in a Freemium mode, of free use in a limited version, an accessible Pro version , through a monthly subscription per user, and an Enterprise version to be installed on premises.

With this product OrangeLoops aims to compete as an alternative to products like Slack, or HipChat, in the segment of unstructured collaboration tools, based on conversations. It is projected for next year to function as a platform for the execution of customizable bots for the automation of business processes.

The development of Kezmo was a project supported by the National Agency for Research and Innovation and it is possible to register to the cloud version, based on the link below: https://app.kezmo.com/web/signup.html
