During this day, representatives of more than ten Fenicio's client companies participated in a training and exchange instance about fundamental aspects to optimize their online stores.
The topics addressed were how to take advantage of the opportunities offered by this sales channel, either as a complementary medium to physical stores and/or as the main business tool; how to use the knowledge of the target audience to connect them with what they are looking for; and how to bring customers and potential customers to your ecommerce through online advertising and other tools such as email marketing.
Thus began the calendar of events 2020 Fenicio, which will have as main bet its annual cycle of theoretical / practical training exclusively for customers, called "Fenicio Training", which will be divided into levels and will feature workshops on sales in social networks, creativity, Google Shopping, Analytics and Ads, among other topics.
In addition, understanding that the accompaniment of its customers is essential to grow their online business, from March will be developed re-training workshops on the use of the platform in order to optimize the use of its tools.
