Within the framework of a general cooperation agreement reached between Advice and Cuti IT Observatory, the first Advice - Cuti Focus Group was held last Thursday, November 13.
Eight months after the beginning of the pandemic situation in Uruguay, the member companies of the Chamber were invited to exchange and reflect, in a virtual format, on the challenges faced by the IT industry during this period.
The pandemic situation due to Covid-19 has impacted each of the companies in the sector in different ways. In this first Focus the participants shared their experiences during the current situation, highlighting the difficulties they have faced, the lessons learned and the expectations that each of the companies have for the future.
Topics such as team management and computer security were some of the most mentioned.
The Focus Advice - Cuti was the first activity carried out within the framework of this cooperation agreement, which will have continuity during the year 2021, when new joint actions will be carried out to continue supporting and promoting companies in the IT sector.
