A coffee with... is an initiative of Smart Talent, Uruguay XXI's portal that aims to contribute to the search for qualified talent by global service companies.
WHAT IS IT?
In a relaxed atmosphere, a company representative will receive a maximum of 10 previously selected Smart Talent users to tell them about the activities carried out from Uruguay and explain the main interests they have when searching for candidates.

HOW TO PARTICIPATE?
- A coffee with... is an open and free activity for global service companies registered in Smart Talent, which will take place every Wednesday between March and October.
- Interested companies must complete the registration form, indicating the preferred month and time of the activity, which will have a maximum duration of 2 hours and will take place at the company's premises.
- The selection of participants for the activity (minimum 3, maximum 10) will be made jointly by Smart Talent and the company.
DISSEMINATION OF THE ACTIVITY
- Smart Talent will be responsible for the dissemination of the activity and will publicize each instance through its website, social networks and other means of communication with its more than 8,000 users, segmented according to the profiles most required by each company.
- There will be extensive coverage of the activity which will be subsequently disseminated on the Smart Talent website, newsletters and social networks.
