"The space will consist of talks or mini-workshops on topics that help these people. From improving their CV to acquiring new concepts to reconvert to the technology sector," says Analía Semblat, coordinator of the cycle and member of the Pyxiana Social Responsibility team (RSP).
The proposal is also open to all those who are interested in adding knowledge on the subject of the talk, says Analía.
RSP sought a relaxed concept for the initiative, a space that generates closeness among the participants in a coffee style, with the confidence to ask questions, get doubts and take away many tips and academic options to deepen on the subject of the talk.
Who and to whom
"From Pyxis we want to support those people who are unemployed or on unemployment insurance with a solidarity tool of virtual chats. Several Pyxians have a lot of knowledge and experiences to share and from RSP we want to generate this tool to facilitate and make them happen", adds Analía.
To get the cycle rolling, an internal call was made within the Pyxis team for voluntary talks. Quickly a lot of Pyxians with the desire to share experiences that can enrich others applied. From developers and security experts to specialists in Human Development and Communication.
The cycle began last Tuesday July 14th with Gabriela Alcarraz in the talk "Learning to learn", a space where she explained how our brain works and from that she taught tips and good practices to learn better and enhance our learning day by day.
The next talks are:
Tuesday 21 19hs - Chatting with Gonzalo Sobral - How to tell stories?
Tuesday 28 19hrs - Chatting with Ubeimar Martinez - Getting Started with Tableau
