Microsoft recognizes Arnaldo C. Castro S.A. as the winner of the "Country Partner of the Year Award" for Uruguay, globally for the second consecutive year.

Microsoft recognizes Arnaldo C. Castro S.A. winner of the "Country Partner of the Year Award" for Uruguay, globally. The distinction, awarded annually, the assessment of the main partners in the world, for excellence in innovation and implementation of solutions based on Microsoft technology.

 

This is the second consecutive year that Arnaldo C. Castro S.A. is awarded in this category, for its continuous support in the digital transformation and technological processes of customers, thus achieving new ways of working. This is reflected in business based on the power of the cloud, Artificial Intelligence and other solutions.

 

Rodrigo Astiazaran, Director of Corporate Accounts and Business Partners of Microsoft for South America, during his visit to the company, said that the "Partner of the Year Award" takes into account the context, as well as specific qualities.

 

"Today, all organizations to a greater or lesser extent are thinking about going through their digital transformation process where Artificial Intelligence also plays a very important role. The ability of a partner, not only to lead this transformation within the company, but also to transfer it in advice to customers, is key to be eligible for this Award. Based on these premises, the solutions and concrete projects that he has carried out are taken into account, which ratifies him as Partner of the Year in comparison with others," he said.

 

"In the case ofArnaldo C. Castro S.A. we concluded that the internal transformation that the company leads and the advice with concrete projects reflected in the market make it the best partner for this year," added the director of Microsoft.

 

According to Rodrigo Astiazaran, at Arnaldo C. Castro S.A. there is a great transformation to find adequate services for customers, resulting in solutions. "When the organization starts to think in this way, a great part of the road has already been traveled. And, the fact that it has been translated into concrete examples, such as Atlantida Smart City and other specific projects associated with the Power Meter product, or virtual desktops in times of Covid-19, add up to leadership".

 

As for the joint challenges of both companies, he said that the main thing is to continue supporting the transformation of companies in this new context: "We must ensure that customers prioritize strategic projects over their short-term needs, derived from a situation that is affecting us all. Technology plays a preponderant role in organizations to successfully navigate this path, redefine themselves, reinvent themselves and obtain results even in a more difficult context than the previous one. Technology companies, particularly at this time with greater added value, have a lot to contribute to their customers to go down that road and compensate for what is the general situation. But we will have to see it, helping companies to prioritize these solutions in technology and transformation processes over the perception of short-term urgencies".

 

The person in charge of the Microsoft and Outsourcing line of Arnaldo C. Castro S.A., José Cáceres, expressed the joy that obtaining such distinction, for the second consecutive year, means to the company.
