Since 2014, Cuti has joined the worldwide celebration of Girls in ICT, a day to raise awareness about the lack of women in the industry and encourage more girls to consider their future in technology.
This year we invite our partner companies to echo the campaign and on 28/04 open their doors to daughters, nieces, sisters, cousins and teenage granddaughters of their employees so that they can learn first-hand about the possibilities offered by the sector and expand their experiences and ambitions.
The idea is to generate a space for exchange, adaptable to the reality of each work environment.
Suggestions for the agenda:
- Set visiting hours/event duration
- Offer a guided tour of the facilities.
- Coordinate a talk with (women) referents of the company.
- Organize a practical workshop with a slogan: Let's get down to work!
- Share a snack with space for Q&A
