It seeks the reconversion and labor insertion of women in the world of technology, generating solutions to the challenge of adapting to the new forms of work that are strongly based on knowledge. This program will help to increase the very low representation of women in the ICT industry while bringing this industry closer to the interior of the country where it is still underdeveloped.
It is aimed at women from the interior of Uruguay, with a lot of energy and desire to work in technology from their computer for the world.
It proposes to train women in software testing as a gateway to the world of technology and through the creation of a platform to bring remote job offers in the area.
In this first instance the available quota is for 10 women residents in the department of Salto, Uruguay. If you live in another department you can also register, your data will remain in the ReconverTIte database for future calls.
