The IDB Group, PwC and UN Women, in the framework of the Win-Win program, invite your company to participate in the "Talent has no gender" award, based on WEPs Principles.

MAIN OBJECTIVES OF THE PRIZE

Recognize the progress and good practices implemented by companies in Uruguay in the field of gender equality and labor complementarity.
Encourage behaviours and corporate policies that promote gender equality at all levels of the company.
Collect information on the progress of companies in Uruguay in this area.
Propose and guide public discussion and analysis on organizational management in the area of gender equality.
To know and share the good organizational practices implemented.

WHO CAN APPLY?

Those companies legally constituted and domiciled in Uruguay, national or multinational, for profit or non-profit, from any sector of activity and with a minimum of 10 employees are eligible to apply.

AWARD

Winners will be presented at an awards event in 2019.
