Opportunity for companies: PROGRETEC

The National Chamber of Commerce and Services and INEFOP have agreed to implement the "Labor Reconversion Program within the framework of technological incorporation (PROGRETEC)" oriented to the Commerce and Services sector.

PROGRETEC, through non-refundable funds, will be able to support Trade Unions and Companies in the following lines of work:

 

  1. Design of methodologies to identify technological constraints.
  2. Conduct foresight on scenarios of competitiveness, employment and use of technology.
  3. Technical assistance to sectors and companies in management improvement and identification of technological gaps.
  4. Training and capacity building for employers and workers.
  5. Promote technological entrepreneurship.
  6. To carry out technological missions abroad in order to promote exchanges and knowledge transfer between sectors and companies.
  7. To transfer knowledge to businessmen and workers in conceptual and regulatory aspects related to sustainability and environmental care.

 

PROGRETEC 's strategy is: To directly involve trade associations and enterprises in the design and execution of their own processes of technology incorporation, knowledge and skills development.
