Cuti works to carry out activities that promote the development and incorporation of talents to the industry. With this objective, it works in articulation with several institutions to develop initiatives oriented mainly to young people and women. It promotes the incorporation and professional development of women in IT and within this framework it promotes this Vital Voices VVGrow Fellowshipsopportunity.
VV GROW is a one-year, highly competitive accelerator program for women small and medium business owners around the world. The program includes customized business skills training, technical assistance, leadership development and access to networks to grow their businesses and increase their impact.
Eligibility:
Women entrepreneurs who:
- Own a company that:
- Have at least 3 years of operation
- Employ at least 3 full time employees
- Generate at least $40,000 in annual sales
- Residing in the same country as your business for at least 7 months of the year
- Be proficient in spoken and written English
