Those interested will be able to participate in a series of support workshops for which registration closes on 12 November.

The call is part of the FJR's Programme for the Promotion of Entrepreneurship (ProFE) and is aimed at technology-based ventures that need to demonstrate their technical feasibility through the development of a prototype and/or test.

The teams must be made up of at least one student, alumnus or teacher from the Faculty of Engineering (Udelar), among which regional centres with Fing reference services will also be considered.

Cycle of workshops

To support those interested in applying to the call for applications, a series of three workshops will be held in November as part of Entrepreneurship Week and will deal with the following topics:

  • Project planning and monitoring
  • Management and budgeting
  • Effective communication and presentations

Registration for the cycle of workshops is open until 12 November, by completing this form. Although participation is optional, at least one member of the team who has attended will be considered when evaluating the proposals.

The call for applications will be open from 1 December 2017 to 31 January 2018.
