How?
Through the provision of hours of technical trainers to teach the Web Development and/or GeneXus course remotely. The course is developed and Ceibal will conduct an induction of the trainers.
What will be the dedication?
Technical trainers are expected to dedicate 4 hours per week in the classroom, plus approximately 2 hours per week of preparation, corrections, coordination, for a period of 7 to 8 months depending on the course (Web Development - 8 months, Genexus - 7 months).
Classes are taught remotely for a group of 25 to 30 students who will meet in a physical classroom anywhere in the country, assisted by local coordinators (non-technical).
Is it paid?
No, it is an honorary job through which companies in the IT sector contribute technical hours to the Jóvenes a Programar program to train young people across the country.
