In early February, the DeveloperWeek 2018 conference was held in San Francisco. DeveloperWeek is the world's largest developer conference and exhibition series with more than 8,000 participants: http://www.developerweek.com.
This conference focuses on new development technologies. Alejandro Narancio (Founder and CEO of Infuy) was selected among hundreds of speakers to talk about 'Decentralised Applications with Ethereum'. Blockchain and Ethereum are trends these days. Undoubtedly, Web 3.0 comes with the concept of dApps (decentralised applications). In his presentation Alejandro talked about the following topics:

- Tools needed to create a dApp with Ethereum
More than 150 people attended the conference and were very receptive to the subject matter, asking many questions at the end of the presentation.
This is the first time that a Uruguayan is a speaker in this conference series. Alejandro has been working mainly with Blockchain technologies since 2010 and his knowledge on this topic was highly valued by the organisers.
