"The 6 Figure Developeris a group from Tampa, FL, USA led by John Callaway, Clayton Hunt and Gaines Kergosien. They began a series of podcasts in 2017 as part of their mission to disseminate tips, tools and techniques to increase the technical, communication and revenue skills of developers in the US.
To kick off their first podcast, they decided to interview the CEO and Co-Founder of Kaizen Softworks, Fabian Fernandez. In addition to his role in Kaizen, he is Co-Founder and Co-Organiser of .NET Conf UY and .NET Conf AR, and CEO and Co-Founder of Kaikaku.
For more than 50 minutes they talked about the .NET community in Uruguay, meetups and the .NET conference they hold, which is the largest and most important in South America. They shared opinions and preferences when it comes to development and software architecture, they talked about trends in development technologies and about business and how they work at Kaizen Softworks.
