The interior of Uruguay offers an excellent opportunity to expand the capacities for the implementation of technology projects. The implementation of Jóvenes a Programar of the Ceibal Plan, as well as the strong commitment of UTEC, join the private universities (UCUDAL and ORT) and the public university (UdelaR), to generate skilled labor in the interior and provide the opportunity to access new talent eager to progress, learn and contribute.

The quality of life and lifestyle in many places in the interior of the country are also incentives to attract professionals who wish to return "to their hometown" after having been trained far away. These are professionals who have experience and need to match their professional development with their personal or family goals.

At the end of 2015, Abstracta started hiring in Salto, where today it has an operational office with 15 people serving global clients. The Salto office focuses on software quality engineering projects serving mainly US clients but also LATAM, Europe and Asia. In recent years, Salto has become a real university hub, and therefore a hub for highly qualified technicians and professionals, who until today are forced to emigrate to Montevideo in search of better job opportunities, because they do not have the possibility to grow and develop their careers in their hometown.

With the experience and own success case, Abstracta expands, and therefore those companies interested in setting up their software quality center in the interior of the country can count on Abstracta to solve the logistical, training and management challenges, in order to minimize risks, and accelerate the implementation and productivity of the center in the interior of the country.

Uruguay XXI and INEFOP through Finishing Schools support with up to 70% of the costs of the training required for the implementation of the new operation.
