This course aims to train the participant in the knowledge of the requirements for an Information Security Management System according to ISO/IEC 27001:20013. All the requirements of the International Standard will be addressed and the certification process will be explained as a voluntary activity to which each organization may resort.
Workshop 1
Risk Analysis. We will work on the different risk assessment methodologies in order to train the participant in the application of the same in his organization and to be an effective tool for the continuous improvement of the Information Management System.
Workshop 2
Good Information Security Practices. Code of good practices for an Information Security Management System (ISMS), which as indicated in its title offers recommendations for the management of an ISMS. The standard is organized in 14 domains, which contain a total of 144 controls ranging from the strategic aspects of an ISMS to the most operational ones.
The course, taught by teachers Diego Guinovart and Ebers Alvarez, begins on Tuesday, May 21 from 18:00 to 22:00 hs. at LATU. It has a total duration of 32 hours and the investment is $ 12,500 + VAT. Cuti members get a 20% discount.
