What is a membership certificate?
The companies and institutions with which Cuti has agreements in force will require the presentation of an accreditation issued by Cuti, where it will be detailed:
- Name, surname and C.I. of the beneficiary
- Partner company to which he/she is linked and type of relationship (company name, position, family relationship in case the agreement includes family)
What are the requirements for a Cuti partner company?
Be up to date with your social obligations. Otherwise, you must regularize your situation to make use of the benefit.
Who can apply for accreditation?
The director(s) of the company or the person appointed by them to represent it, indicating on the form the full name of the person who will make use of the benefit, CI and relationship with the company.
It can also be requested directly by the person who will make use of the benefit, as long as the contact e-mail is the domain of the partner company.
In the event that the benefit is used by a family member (for agreements that include family members), the staff member requesting it will appear as the holder, indicating on the form the full name of the person who will use the benefit, CI and family relationship with the staff member.
How do I apply?
The benefit application form available at the bottom of each agreement information must be completed. Only applications submitted with the partner company's email domain will be processed.
What is the validity of the accreditation?
It will be valid for one month and must be presented to the company/institution providing the benefit.
