Román Casarino (Client Solution Manager at Cisneros Interactive), Melina Campanella (Head of Sales for Uruguay, Argentina and Paraguay at ICOMM Marketing) and Gonzalo Monzón (head of Encuentra Smart Warehouse Solution), shared recommendations for the pre-, during and post-event.
The first part of the workshop - led by Román Casarino - focused on how to define an effective strategy to sell through Facebook. In this sense, the speaker mentioned the importance of dynamic ads for large audiences.
He further explained that each stage of the buying process represents an opportunity for the advertiser to take advantage of.
During the second part of the workshop, Melina Campanella explained the importance of knowing your target audience in order to generate more effective messages, and the advantages of automated marketing, which can increase sales by 15% to 35%.
He also added what are some of the recommended tactical actions for commercial actions: good internal communication, definition of designs and texts, web content, coupons and logistics, among others.
The final part of the event was led by Gonzalo Monzón, who detailed the relevance of logistics as a customer loyalty tool. "Marketing attracts customers; logistics retains them", he stressed.
Monzon suggested some elements when choosing a logistics courier: delivery capacity, geographic coverage, price and commitment to the brand.
This edition of Fenicio Workshop was attended by more than 60 representatives of more than 40 Fenicio client companies.
