In the framework of the campaign "Equity in IT: Bridging the Gap" and the celebration of International Women's Day, Cuti's Gender Equity Committee proposes to conduct a survey among member companies, with the aim of analyzing and describing the current situation of the industry around gender equity .
The Commission is committed to developing concrete actions aimed at building a more gender-equitable industry. For this reason, the inputs obtained from this survey will be of great value in order to define initiatives focused on the real situation of the sector that contribute to narrowing the gender gap.
This survey is aimed at all members of Cuti's partner companies, from managers to workers in different areas, both women and men, and is anonymous in nature.

Responses will be received throughout the month of March and the results obtained from this survey will be presented in April.
