This initiative aims to provide the necessary tools for employees of the brands that use the platform, to successfully manage their online sales channel.
This year will feature a much more complete schedule of workshops (in number of editions and topics addressed), which will be taught by professionals with extensive experience in the eCommerce industry and associated services.
More than 25 instances of training in small groups (and according to the needs of the different brands), which will be developed (during the health situation requires it) in webinar format via Zoom, from March to December inclusive.
Some of the topics that will be addressed are:
- Fundamentals of eCommerce, first steps and managing an online shop
- Google Analytics: how to use this powerful tool to understand my site's performance
- Google Ads: for those who want to start using it, and for those who have some experience and want to get even more out of it.
- How to sell on Facebook and Instagram: learn how to create ads to drive traffic to your store, and make sales
- Photography for eCommerce with smartphone: for those brands that are just starting out in the online world, to create their product cards with quality images.
- Design workshop: to give you the basic tools to adjust images for your shop and to create images for advertisements.
- Automated Marketing: to boost your eCommerce sales
