From the Chamber we are committed to offer member companies valuable and timely information, especially related to key challenges for the development of the industry, such as attracting and retaining talent, which includes issues such as the definition of salaries, benefits and staff turnover, among others.
For this reason, and with the aim of developing accurate, reliable and quality content, this alliance arises from the hand of PwC, who from their expertise will contribute to the professionalization of the information presented in the IT Sector Compensation Survey.
This partnership agreement was presented to Cuti's partner companies in a virtual event on Tuesday, April 22nd. During the event, PwC presented its HR Analytics tool, which will be used for the development of the remuneration survey, which in turn will be framed in the salary and benefits survey that the consulting firm conducts for the entire market of companies.
At the same time, they showed how the HR Analytics tool will be used and how the information system works in which Cuti's partner companies will be able to upload their position and remunerationstructure, as well as being able to compare themselves with other companies in the sector and the economy in general and obtain customized reports.
