Equidad e Inclusión
WORK COMMISSIONEsta Comisión se propone generar sensibilidad, reflexión y acción en favor de la construcción de relaciones laborales equitativas en términos de género, que habiliten la integración y el crecimiento profesional de las mujeres en TI.
A su vez, trabaja en términos de inclusión, abordando temas tales como discapacidad, diversidad generacional, reconversión laboral a TI y migración, buscando facilitar la integración de talento migrante, así como promover la multiculturalidad en las empresas.
Potenciar oportunidades y acompañar el desarrollo profesional de este grupo heterogéneo, así como identificar barreras que estos encuentren en el sector, para proponer acciones y mitigarlas.
