Partner companies under the New Ventures plan can access the Microsoft BizSpark Program sponsored by Cuti.
Startup eligibility requirements
A suitable Startup should have the following characteristics at the time of incorporation:
- Have actively participated in the development of a software-based product or service that will be a core element of your current or future business.
- To be privately owned.
- Be in business less than 3 years and earn less than $1,000,000 in annual revenue.
Para ser idóneas para usar el software de producción e implementación de soluciones hospedadas, las Startups también deben estar desarrollando una nueva solución de «software como servicio» (sobre cualquier plataforma) para ser presentada por Internet.
Validity
Startups can participate in BizSpark for a period of up to 3 years. On the first and second anniversary of initial registration, they must update their registration (e.g., confirm that they have not become a public company and that their ownership has not changed).
Tariff
A $100 program offering fee will be due when the Startup withdraws from the Program. As part of Microsoft's commitment to startup success, there are no upfront costs for startups to join BizSpark.
