The satisfaction survey of CIBERLUNES subscribers showed that 54.3% rated the quality of the offers as "good" or "very good", an improvement on the 53% of last year's online discount days.

65% said they purchased products online and four out of five (83%) had a "good" or "very good" shopping experience.

In terms of payment method, 73% used credit cards online, with 92% scoring "good" or "very good".

On the other hand, 66% chose home delivery and 61% of that percentage had a "good" or "very good" experience in receiving the product.

Among the brands, most of those participating for the first time in the initiative recorded an increase in traffic of more than 200% compared to last year, when they were not present.

Shops that were part of previous editions also mostly recorded increases of between 50% and 70%. In total, users made almost 420,000 visits to the official brand sites.

The universe of users who participated in the call is characterised by being primarily female (70% women and 30% men). In terms of age, the age groups that registered the most visits were 25 to 34 years old and 55 to 64 years old, both with 21%. The 18-24 age group had the lowest number of visits, with 10%.

CIBERLUNES was most popular in the country's capital, with 60% of the traffic, while the remaining 40% was registered in the interior of the country. At the same time, 85% of visits were made from a mobile device and 15% from a PC.
