IBM Uruguay will hold the second edition of one of the most important developer meetings in the country on August 14, starting at 5pm. The event will be held at the Hyatt Centric Montevideo. The objective of this meeting is to exchange knowledge through technical talks and workshops on technologies such as Blockchain, Cloud, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, Quantum and IOT.
In 2018, IBM launched IBM Code Day Montevideo for the first time, where more than 300 developers participated in more than 15 technical presentations with local and international speakers. Given the good reception of this event, IBM will hold the second meeting designed for the developer community to improve their skills and gain new experiences.
In this edition there will be 5 parallel rooms with hands on and a conference room, which will feature speakers such as Sergio Gama, Developer Leader for Latin America at IBM, Lee Zhang, Developer Advocate of IBM USA, will also be part of the event Geronimo Guinzburg, Solutions Architect of Red Hat Argentina. As guest speaker, Christopher Chancé, only 15 years old, will give a presentation on the latest advances in IBM Quantum Computing. Christopher is CEO of DataXype and developer since he was 8 years old, he recently created a startup that aims to generate positive changes for the world using this technology.
It will be an open event, free of charge and with limited spaces for SW developers, designers, architects, IT students, to which they only need to bring their laptop, the desire to learn and share.
