With this initiative, Quanam formed a software development team to work in the area of Business Analytics. In this way, the company has the possibility to develop projects from Uruguay for the world and to form a work team in Bella Unión that will allow them to continue to meet customer demand. Gigliola, the leader of the initiative, points out that "it is a reality that in the ICT industry it is increasingly difficult to find qualified personnel and to achieve a low turnover due to the growing supply of work", and that in the interior of the country they have found qualified resources and that, in general, they do not have access to a job in the ICT industry.
For Quanam, the benefit of being part of the Jacarandá Programme with the Bella Unión office is to have the possibility of having an additional development team, as well as allowing them to bring quality work to the interior of the country. It is made up of a team of 5 people and is coordinated by Gigliola Yemini, PMP.
