Quanam provides a complete management system solution implemented on top of odoo, a complete suite of perfectly integrated applications that cover all business needs.
Quanam is an odoo partner since 2012. Odoo is a Belgian company that provides open source solutions. The technology based on open source has had a great evolution in the last years, allowing organizations to base their technological architecture on OpenSource components, reducing considerably the software licensing costs.
Quanam has implemented in public and private organizations some of the main functionalities of odoo such as ERP, CRM, Inventory, Controller, Document Management, Student Management and HR.
The GRP solution (Government Management and Control Systems) includes specific requirements for Uruguay, Quanam has integrated it with state systems (RUPE, SICE, SIIF) and has successfully implemented it in the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and the Technological University (UTEC). Projects are underway to implement odoo-based solutions in the Ministry of Public Health, the Ministry of Labor and Social Security, the Blanes Museum of the IM and the Education Training Council (ANEP-CODICEN).
Quanam also offers an Integrated Management System for the Retail sector (clothing and footwear) that provides adequate support to the processes of accounting, sales, purchases, imports, inventories, point of sale (POS), electronic invoicing, marketing, accounts payable and accounts receivable, website, e-commerce, customer relationship management (CRM), and reports and graphs to support decision making. Quanam has also executed or is executing projects at Obvio, Montecable and other private companies.
