Logicalis, a global provider of integrated Information and Communications Technology (ICT) solutions and services, announces the launch of its Digital Service Platform (DSP). Incorporated into its services portal, the platform was developed to ensure the security and business continuity of those customers who have managed services contracts with the company.
With customer experience at the heart of Logicalis' investments, the DSP will provide new services powered by Artificial Intelligence Operations (AIOps). Using Machine Learning, the platform will be able to predict and prevent possible failures. In addition, it will be possible in some cases to correct errors automatically, before they cause interruptions or stop the client's business.
"This innovative platform will enable us to deliver groundbreaking and incredible services that will improve the performance of our managed services customers. We are very excited to begin the gradual delivery of these new resources," said Vince DeLuca, Director of Customer Experience, Logicalis Group.
The Logicalis Services Portal, combined with the DSP, will provide greater intelligence in customer decision making:
- Automated autocorrection and execution of requests: with the objective of radically improving the average time of resolution and execution of requests.
- Optimization and consistency in the development of the solution: in order to be able to automatically identify which services to activate, which operations to carry out, establish priorities, define the path to follow and which service level agreements to activate.
- Contract-based service delivery optimization: once the contract comes into effect, all the most important operational functions are automatically activated and interconnected.
- Globalization of a consistent experience: regardless of their location, customers will have a consistent service experience, regardless of where Logicalis' operations center or engineering team is physically located.
According to George Humphrey, vice president and general manager of TSIA, "Process automation and advanced analytics are crucial for managed service providers (MSPs) to invest in and grow. According to studies conducted by the organization, MSPs that are able to leverage these capabilities experience substantial improvement in SLA compliance, customer satisfaction, and reduced risk in technical operations.
"As Architects of Change, we continually look for new ways to develop, support and drive our clients' businesses forward. With DSP, we will be able to offer our managed services customers a unique solution designed to accelerate their ability to innovate and adapt to the digital economy. Both early detection and prevention of system outages and failures are essential to the business continuity and success of companies around the world," notes Robert Bailkoski, CEO of Logicalis Group.
