The Chamber of the Digital Economy of Uruguay (CEDU) released the results of the first 24 hours of the 12th edition of CIBERLUNES. According to the data obtained, visits to the site www.ciberlunes.uy increased 80% compared to June 2019. 85.8% of people used a smartphone to search for products and services.
Women represented 70% of the visits to the website, a trend that has been maintained since past editions of CIBERLUNES.
In reference to the number of purchases by age group, there was a predominance of people aged 25 to 34 years. However, the band that grew the most compared to June 2019 was the 18 to 24 years old, which recorded an increase of 524%.
Technology was the most viewed category at CIBERLUNES, according to CEDU data. The four other categories with the highest attendance were fashion and footwear, household appliances, home and DIY, and travel and tourism.
