IBM appoints new General Manager for Uruguay and Paraguay

IBM announced Fabrizio Carbone as the new General Manager of the company in Uruguay and Paraguay.

IBM announced on Friday 18 March 2016 Fabrizio Carbone as the new General Manager of the company in Uruguay and Paraguay. Fabrizio will succeed Gonzalo De Azpitarte, who is retiring from IBM after 28 years with the company.

 

 

Fabrizio Carbone has a successful fourteen-year career at IBM. He has held various leadership positions, focused on the growth and positioning of the company. He joined IBM Argentina in 2002 in Services, one of the main focus areas in his career development along with Customer Service and Sales. He has a solid commercial experience in the banking and insurance industry and a broad knowledge of the market in the region, which has allowed him to develop innovative solutions that accompanied the transformation of his clients. His last position was Software Executive for IBM Argentina.

Fabrizio Carbone is an Argentinean industrial engineer graduated from the Catholic University of Argentina.
