The event aimed to provide concepts and recommendations so that companies can make the most of digital marketing actions focused on sales conversion, taking advantage of the functions and integrations that Fenicio offers to make the online sales channel profitable.
At the end of the workshop, a series of suggestions and tips were shared on how to deal adequately with special commercial actions such as the upcoming Cyber Monday, to be held next month.
In this sense, Rodrigo Barbot and Antonio Todino -digital marketing specialists of the Fenicio team-, together with Ignacio Castañares -Account Manager-, explained how to organise and manage accounts and profiles in social networks; how to work with audiences to achieve a better conversion; what are tracking pixels and what are they for; what is an "event" in e-commerce and how useful is it; programmatic advertising and strategy models for special dates.
Other topics emphasised were the management of abandoned carts; defining categories of a site based on searches and SEO positioning, as well as the importance of banners as elements of visual communication.
After the presentation, the attendees took the opportunity to network.
Both days were successful and were attended by representatives of all the Fenicio shops that are currently online.
