In August, a new generation of students in the "Information Technologies" career will start at UTEC in Fray Bentos. At the end of the pre-enrollment period, at the end of the first semester of the year, there was a very good call for students.
This was confirmed by the Director of the RTI of Fray Bentos Andrés Moller who, in a dialogue with Radio Rincón, explained how the course will be developed. The students will take 75% of the course virtually, and they will have to attend every 15 days at the institute in the Anglo neighborhood. "Students will come from all over Uruguay," he announced.
As for the number of students enrolled, Moller informed that 137 people pre-registered, of which only 50 will be selected to start the "Information Technologies" course in August. On the other hand, the other two courses being taught at UTEC Fray Bentos, Mechatronics Engineering and Biomedical Engineering, are developing normally.
