TestingUY 2020 will be held on May 11 and 12 at the Torre de Antel and its main objective is to generate a space for exchange and dialogue between specialists and stakeholders in the field of testing.
TestingUy 2020 is organized by Claudia Badell (Jigso Labs), Guillermo Skrilec (QAlified) and Gustavo Guimerans (Software Test Center) and a team of 13 collaborators. The event has evolved year after year, adding in each edition a large number of attendees and original proposals.
In 2019 TestingUy provided 13 workshops with a participation of more than 300 people, 17 talks with more than 380 attendees and two tracks of simultaneous talks. TestingUY 2019 had the special presence of international testing experts Janet Gregory and Lisa Crispin as keynote speakers.
For its 2020 edition, the organizing team of TestingUy is looking for companies interested in joining as sponsors, supporting this event and also getting great visibility during it. Access the terms and conditions for sponsors.
In addition, the call for proposals for talks and workshops on topics related to testing and software quality is open until March 15.
This time, a new type of presentation is included: lightning talks or short talks of 10 minutes duration. Through lightning talks, the aim is to communicate a concrete idea that invites to think, inspires the audience or is a motivator for a change. These talks can be about areas related to testing such as leadership, team management, marketing and industry trends. Access the application form.
