Technological advances have become more and more frequent topics in our conversations. Internet, mobile telephony, social networks, artificial intelligence and robotization are part of our daily lives, but they are also increasingly shaping production, education, government and so on.
It is necessary to understand these concepts and reflect on their scope and the perspectives they open up. That is why today we are inaugurating a new weekly column En Perspectiva. It will be on Wednesdays at 10.15 a.m. and will be dedicated to technologies, innovation and development.
Today, in this first talk, the topic is "autonomous vehicles", also known as "robotic", "driverless" or "self-driven". To make a first approach we received the engineer Martín Alcalá Rubí, "technological serial entrepreneur", CEO and co-founder of Tryolabs and MonkeyLearn (both artificial intelligence companies) and director of the Uruguayan Chamber of Information Technology (CUTI).
