This programme trains young people between 17 and 26 years old in programming languages and testing, an area with a high demand for qualified human resources.
The launch will inform about the opening of the registration period for 2,000 students from all over the country for free courses and the launch of the Job Brokerage Service that links graduates with the technology sector through a job exchange.
A special tribute will be paid to Álvaro Lamé, former president of CUTI and promoter of the development of the software industry in Uruguay, who has had an active participation in the programming area.
