Next April, the Uruguayan Chamber of Information Technologies (Cuti) will be starting the program of creation and strengthening of innovation capabilities in ICT companies, supported by the Industrial Fund of the Ministry of Industry, Energy and Mining (MIEM).
The program includes, among other activities, a series of workshops aimed at the Uruguayan technological ecosystem with the following objectives:
- Raise awareness among technology entrepreneurs about the importance of innovation in our industry.
- To develop innovation skills and capabilities in our professionals and our companies.
- Promote the concepts of innovation at all levels of the companies.
National and international experts in innovation will participate in i3, and although it is aimed at ICT companies, professionals from all industries will be able to attend.

How to maintain an operating system that manages the day to day and at the same time, a design and management model that stimulates innovation in the company?

The workshops will be instances of work applied to the participating companies where real innovation projects of these companies will be used. Each workshop will have specialized consultants and coaches.
The workshops have been designed by the consulting firm Marcel Mordezki y Asociados, who will also be responsible for providing consultants and experts in business innovation.
