28 young people from Ánima are already doing their training internships in 16 companies in the ICT sector, 14 of which are Cuti partners. We would like to congratulate them for participating in this initiative and promoting the growth of the sector through the practical training of young people for their insertion in the industry.

ÁNIMA is an educational institution that offers young people living in a situation of social vulnerability a proposal to complete their baccalaureate in the area of Administration and Information and Communication Technology (ICT) with two years of experience in sectors with growth potential.

The dual training modality is incorporated by ÁNIMA as a proposal that recognises the workspace as a highly valuable learning environment that complements the classroom.

The experiences of dual training in various countries around the world show that in addition to providing a training methodology for work, it is a model of great educational value, as it allows the company to be integrated into the learning process of young people, generating a link throughout the training that adds didactic value to the work in the classroom.

On the one hand, this link between the company and the educational institution enables young people to find resources in the workplace that favour their training.

We congratulate the 14 partner companies of the Cuti that are part of the dual training project, betting on the growth of the sector and stimulating the apprentices.

Thank you Arkano, Bantotal, Fx2, Genexus, Geocom, Go do Works, Infocorp, Moove It, Onetree, Pro International, Pyxis, Red Pagos, Software Testing Bureau, Takeoff!
